Welcome to Copper Quill Haven

Copper Quill Haven, Inc. (CQH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Nampa resident, Dr. Natasha Laughter, a veterinarian and experienced business owner with a lifelong commitment to animal welfare.

After years of working in both private practice and rescue partnerships, Dr. Laughter recognized a need for a nonprofit organization that blended high-quality veterinary expertise with responsible financial stewardship and compassionate care. With that vision in mind, she established Copper Quill Haven as a mission-driven, fiscally sound animal welfare organization.

Our goal is to reduce Canyon County's stray population and improve the rate at which animals are returned to their owners when they are lost.

Animal Sheltering

Providing a nurturing environment for stray and lost animals in need from Canyon County, Nampa, and Caldwell, ensuring they feel safe and loved.

Adoption Services

Helping pet lovers find the perfect furry companion while ensuring a smooth transition home.

Launching affordable spay and neuter services for domesticated dogs and cats, low-cost vaccines, as well as TNR (Trap Neuter Return) for community felines.
